Our B Corporation® certification means we join the likes of Patagonia, Tony's Chocolonely, Allbirds and Finisterre in meeting the robust social and environmental standards that prove a company’s commitment to using business as a force for good in the world.
We go through a rigorous recertification process every three years to maintain our status.

Crystallised became a certified B Corporation® in March 2022. Certified B Corporations are companies verified to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

We implemented a four-day week with no loss of pay in 2019. The five-day work week is inflexible, archaic and neglects the health and wellbeing of workers. We’re now recognised as a Gold standard employer by the Campaign for a 4 Day week and mentor other organisations moving to a shorter working week.

We became a Real Living Wage employer in 2017 and choose to pay our team the London Living Wage as a minimum. The real Living Wage is based on the cost of living and is voluntarily paid by over 11,000 UK employers.
